THE OBAMA AND GOVERNMENT REPORT CARD: "Although the three branches of our Federal Government have separate powers, each branch is given certain authority over the other two, thus the powers of all three can be kept in balance. The Constitution provides ways by which one branch can check another from getting more power then belongs to it. It also provides checks by which each can keep final action from being taken being taken in too great a hurry.

As a native citizen of the United States of America, being in sound mind . I have observed first hand the actions of the new President Obama, the Democrat controlled Congress and the Minority Republicans in Congress, Obama Cabinet, Obama Czars , the United states Treasury and the Justice Department in including the Supreme Court.

They (Those People ) all receive a grade of an (F) for the 9 months and a few days that they have been in office - from this very dedicated American. The checks and balances process as indicated in the aforementioned are not working. Obama has ran over the Congress like a steam roller, gaining more power then any other President in history ; the sad thing is that the 'PEOPLE' ' DID NOT ', 'DID NOT' give Obama all those new powers. And the 'PEOPLE ' 'DID NOT' , 'DID NOT' , clearly 'DID NOT' give This Congress all those new powers ; (THEY STOLE ALL THOSE NEW POWERS PROM THE PEOPLE). and now this Government and President, Obama is using all those new powers against (THE PEOPLE).

If the checks and balances process were in force and working then why did it not stop the other branches of Government from getting more powers then belongs to it?. And why did it not stop final action on the Stimulus Plan, Tarp, Cap and Trade, Bail Outs , Rush Spending,
Treasury Growth and Rules, The Take over of The Automobile Companies and so on from having final action being taken in too great a hurry?. America , we have a Government not by the people any longer, in it's stead we have a run away Government that is strictly for the Government, an (EXAMPLE) is the Health Care Plan (S) the majority of the people are happy with the current American Health Care System (The Best In The World) , but Congress does not listen to the majority of the people and well , for sure pass/ram rod a new Health Care System in effect using a (Trick Rule Voting Scam In Congress).

As indicated , our total Government was given a failing grade of an (F) from this American citizen, what grade i gave is of no consequence, what is your grade going to be?. Or are you truthfully unable to give Obama and this awful failing government a grade because you have not been paying attention to the theft of our Republic right in front of our eyes?.

Our Government is broke , our Military is broke, our Judiciary System is non existent, our system of checks and Balances is not working, Spending is out of control. Our President Obama cannot deliver a speech unless he lambastes America, Obama thinks he is a member of the Glob Trotter Basketball Team, in reality Obama is a member of (AIR FORCE ONE GLOBE TROTTING TRAVELERS CLUB). 'IMPEACH OBAMA NOW' 'BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE'.
