How many employees does each Czar have by department and how many employees are authorized for each Czar by department?
What is the annual budget for each CAR?
What is the annual travel budget for each Czar?.
What is the position name for each Czar?
Who is the supervisor for each Czar, by name?
Does each Czar have an annual performance report/review?
Are the Czars authorized annual bonuses and or incentive payments?.
