Yes they do. A single Czar can cut peoples work salaries, reduce their work hours and also give pay and bonus increase, fire and hire emplouyees. Czars are bountiful with super powers which the great one Obama blessed upon every Czar.
But a single Congressman or single congresswoman can not do any thing besides stand in front of a microphone in the Hall of Congress and make a speech.
If I were a Congressman or Congresswoman I would be angry and mad as hell and put a stop to to every Czars power and question why there are so many Czars, I would review the expense accounts of each Czar by department and question who approved such expenditures when the rest of the Nation is in a boundless poor street living condition . "IMPEACH OBAMA NOW" "BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE".
