THE BLAME FOR FORT HOOD MASICURE

The best Obama can do is to just say is "THAT WAS A HORRIFIC UPRISING".
My goodness folks let's place the blame where the blame lies.
It was the fault of Obama, the current Congress and every past President and past Congress after President Reagan retired.
Why because most of the important Military installations across the United States were closed down by a bunch of weak Democrat politicians ; the strength of our military has been cut in half and unfunded because ; Obama and Congress dislikes America and the U.S. Military. Thus we end up with fewer Military installations which are over crowded . Fort Hood, 50,000 active duty personnel, 5000 civilian employees, unknown amount of contractor personnel believed to be in the thousands, and thousands of dependents family members of Military members.
Budget cuts by Obama and Congress have taken a toll on the Military Readiness, the security of Fort Hood is a contracted and a joint adventure. There are problems, but when a military Installation is over crowded and the various missions are crammed together on an installation (IT MAKES THINGS WEAK - RISKY). The military strength is so low that Military Personnel have served 4 and 5 tours in Iraq and afghanistan .
The best example is (1941 HAWAII) the Commanders at Pearl Harbor lined the Army Air Corps Air Craft up bunched together on the Air Fields of the Military Installations, and the Navy did the same , everything bunched up in large qualities ; and look what happened , "THE JAPS ATTACKED" "AND WE LOST EVERYTHING". Fort hood and other Military installations across America are in the same situation. (CRAMPED, DOUBLED UP, NO MONEY, NOR FUNDS, TO MANY CONTRACTORS, NOT ENOUGH ACTIVE DUTY STRENGTH , NO LEADERSHIP FROM OBAMA THE COMMANDER AND CHIEF AND MUCH MORE". Just look at Obama and his indecision's to help the Military in Afghanistan. Something is wrong with the Obama (mind) and the minds of Congress.
