MESSAGE FOR THE 2010 CONGRESS !.

Why do government Departments fail and spend to much money to stay in operation?. Despite the popular notion to the contrary, "BAD GOVERNMENT" never caused the government or Departments to close down.

The bottom line is that Government Departments fail every day they stay in operation because they serve non American citizens who should not be authorized "ONE PENNY" of a tax payers dollars and that the costs to cover labor and (FF&E" on the Departments budget never ends and funds are replenished by an out of control Obama Administration and Democrat controlled Congress to maintain out of control Government Departments also.

The Obama Administration has the worst cost effectiveness and worst business operations of any Government in this Republics history, out of control and lambasting of the United States of America at every turn at home and around the world.
What's the last time your government balanced the budget?, What's the last time your Government spent less then it took in?.(THE ANSWER IS "THE TWELFTH OF NEVER").
Why is Obama and the Congress afraid of the word (BALANCED BUDGET AND LINE ITEM VETO?). Some Government people are afraid of the dark and some Government people are afraid to leave it.
