NEW PAY SCALE SUBMITTED FOR TREASURY PAY CZAR MR FEINBERG!.

An American citizen has submitted a new pay scale for "TREASURY PAY CZAR SPECIAL MASTER FOR EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION MR KENNETH FEINBERG" (The reason) It is not fair for the Obama "PAY CZAR " to receive more then that of those people that the "PAY CZARS CONTROLS'.
(NEW PAY SCALE FOR THE PAY CZAR) No government auto or other transportation expenses allowed, no government insurance allowed, no sick leave allowed, no annual leave allowed, no retirement allowance allowed , no Holiday pay allowed, no travel expenses allowed, no Per Diem allowed, no lodging expenses allowed, no host fund or expense accounts allowed, no over time allowed, limited to only one employees in the "PAY CZAR DEPARTMENT" ,only a 800 Sq Foot Office space allowed, only one telephone allowed, no annual budget, Pay Czar must draw all equipment from government salvage . No new office furniture allowed, must requisite all FURNITURE FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT FROM GOVERNMENT SALVAGE.
