Closely related in the Principal of a Federal system is that of delegated powers. This means that our Federal Government does not have unlimited power but can exercise only such powers as given to it by the people, through the Constitution.
"PROHIBITED POWERS" (To deny civil Rights such as freedom of speech, press, religion,and assembly), (To pass laws that make illegal something that has already been done legally and honestly), (To pass a law that finds any person guilty without trial).
There is a problem with President Obama, his Cabinet, his Czars, and his Democrat controlled two Houses of Congress. Gun control laws have been "CHANGED/ IMPLEMENTED" unlawfully" . "Freedom of speech has been squelched some what and talk Radio and Cable Television News Organizations are under attack by the Federal Government". "An unofficial trial has been held against citizens who attended the Tea parties and Town Hall meetings , the Federal Government clearly came out and called those citizens thugs, Natzis, terrorists and more". Government has taken over business and interfered with State Governments and the lives of citizens across this Republic to no end.
Obama and our Government is out of control. We must ask where is the Supreme Court?. Where is the oversight and the Rule of Law?. Why don't you tell the Attorney General to not open a CIA Investigation on torture, because the case had already been investigated and closed and that there are many requests from CIA officers and others that state that ; to open another investigation against the CIA would seriously damage our National Security?
The Obama response was ; because it is a matter of being above the law!.
Well hell, isn't 30 million Mexican and other illegal immigrant nationals being in America a matter of being above the law?.
