First do nothing on health care change, cancel the tarp program, cancel the stimulus program, cancel the cap and trade program, stop spending money, stop this global warming scam, get government out of taking over businesses, stop giving money to special interest groups, establish a two year moratorium on all foreign aid, stop funding everything for illegal immigrants, pull America out of the United Nations and pay them no more.Return all the stimulus money to the treasury, pay off the Federal debt, reduce the taxes, cancel the death tax , Drill for oil every where in the United States, build nuclear energy plants. 'AND' , ESTABLISH THIS PLAN: At the annual tax filing period each year ,every person in the United States would pay the following amount to Social Security and the funds would be secured in a 'Locked Box Social Security Account' free from any President or Congress or the U.S Treasury or anyone else from ever touching the funds or borrowing from the funds. (Using a one person amount for the example chart) - (Imagine how many dollars could go into the 'Social Security Locked Box Fund' )when every man woman and child pays into the fund which must be non tax deductible. The average highest per person per month cost when we reach the year 2021 is $7.50 per person per month or $90.00 per person per year. The scale starts at $60.00 per person in 2010 and increases by $10.00 per year every 3 years and when the year 2021 arrives the amount of $90.00 per person per year or $7.50 per month average is froze at that amount forever and may never be changed and that must be the law. There is not one person , not Obama, not any member of Congress that loves America great enough to implement this kind of 'TOUGH LOVE' to save America. The person writing this would. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?: "The question has been asked (WHAT IS THE PROBLEM) ?. Regrading the troop strength in Afghanistan, and else where around the world , where we have our military stationed . The problem is that the United States Military, all branches, the Navy, the Marines, the Air Force, the Army and the Coast guard are under strength. The previous President and this President and their (SERVICE CHIEF'S) and the Secretaries of Defense failed to recognize that the troop strength are to low. The United States Congress is also to blame because they and the (CONGRESSIONAL MEMBERS ON THE DEFENSE COMMITTEES) failed to monitor the situation at the Pentagon.
Each person from the Secretary of Defense to the Joint Chief's of Staff and Commanders in the field were and are afraid too go up the Chain of Command and identify that there is a problem because if you are one of those individuals your risk you're career. 'AND THAT IS THE PROBLEM', and it is still going on.
There are Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, Marines and Coast Guard members serving up to 4 and 5 tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan , this sounds simple to the average (JOE AND JANE AMERICAN) but the true fact is that these men and women in the Military leave their families, their children behind for months and months at a time. Iraq and Afghanistan is not the only assignment around the world that this is happening at, Korea, Japan, bases in Europe all have the same (PROBLEM) clearly because the United States Military strength levels are too low.
Let me tell you the truth, many many Military Bases have been closed in the United States and around the world, it was called (BRAC) by Congress, it was their joke to do what they did. Now for example in California most all Military Bases have been closed. Because of all the closures and the strength level of our military the Commanders have had to resort to double and triple the duties of Officers and enlisted men and women in order to maintain an almost acceptable Military Installation operation on every Military Base/Post/Station. Commanders have had to cut much needed training, had to resort to contracting out almost every job that use to be handled by a Military person on an installation. One of the most wasteful of Government dollars that in the Military is spent on the (ALL VOLUNTEER MILITARY PROGRAM) the program is like spending money on a bribe, the program is not cost effective at all, it is just over costly and the money would be spent more wisely by 7 level thinking rather than being in (BOX) and having paradigm paralysis minds like the people in charge from the bottom up to top slot (The Obama White House) . 'WHAT IS THE PROBLEM'?, the problem is that the All Volunteer Military Force does not work and is broken.The United States Military strength Military strength levels needs to be increased by 500,000. Right now Obama has to pull the troops out of Iraq early , give them a short rest and the send them back into Afghanistan and most of those great men and women will be on a 4 to 5 time tour . And that is bad , stupid , dumb management , by Obama , Gates and the Congress. (WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ) it is bigger then anyone will admit , we need to, recruit and deliver a well maintained Military ready to fight the fight and win, Right now Obama , Gates and the Congress are playing the same old game, hurt the military people that are fighting to keep all of America safe. The truth is , there are no military people to draw from in order to provide the Commander in Afghanistan more troops, because we do not have any back up and that is the truth. We have the National Guard and Reserves and that is what they should be, (TO BE USED IN AMERICA TO PROTECT AMERICA) not to burn them up. And that is the lesson of the day, by and by.....Obama has gutted the Military, cut the it's budget and has really made things worse for our people in the Military.
