MESSAGE FOR THE 2010 CONGRESS !.

Why do government Departments fail and spend to much money to stay in operation?. Despite the popular notion to the contrary, "BAD GOVERNMENT" never caused the government or Departments to close down.

The bottom line is that Government Departments fail every day they stay in operation because they serve non American citizens who should not be authorized "ONE PENNY" of a tax payers dollars and that the costs to cover labor and (FF&E" on the Departments budget never ends and funds are replenished by an out of control Obama Administration and Democrat controlled Congress to maintain out of control Government Departments also.

The Obama Administration has the worst cost effectiveness and worst business operations of any Government in this Republics history, out of control and lambasting of the United States of America at every turn at home and around the world.
What's the last time your government balanced the budget?, What's the last time your Government spent less then it took in?.(THE ANSWER IS "THE TWELFTH OF NEVER").
Why is Obama and the Congress afraid of the word (BALANCED BUDGET AND LINE ITEM VETO?). Some Government people are afraid of the dark and some Government people are afraid to leave it.

(IF IGNORANCE IS BLISS), there are a lot of voters extremely unhappy just awaiting for the November 2010 elections. For the Congress of the United States a recommendation is made for the 2010 Congress "PRACTICE DOESN'T MAKE A PERFECT GOVERNMENT, PERFECT PRACTICE MAKES A GOVERNMENT PERFECT". ALL GROUPS HAVE SOME AUTHORITY

No matter what group you think of , you will find that some person or persons in it must have the right to say what shall be done. Someone must have the "Last Word" . In the home. For example, the children know that their parents have the authority. In case of disagreement , the parents have the the final say-so or last word. Clearly in the year 2009 Obama, the Obama Cabinet, the Obama Czars, the Obama Democrat controlled two Houses of Congress completely forgot who has the last word. The American people will rectify this problem during the November 2010 elections. Every Democrat will be voted out of office , and booted out on their behinds with the sharp handed American Tea party and other American citizens.
