THE CALL FOR A CONVENTION OF 2010-2011

In 1787 the United states Congress asked each State to send delegates to a Convention to revise the Articles of confederation. Twelve of the thirteen States sent delegates to the Convention, which met in Philadelphia. The Congress had called the convention for one purpose only - to revise the Articles of Confederation.

We Americans need (A MORE PERFECT UNION). Congress needs to call for a Convention on several issues of purpose , and they are but not limited to the following:

(Require strict governing by the Constitution.)
(Require that every candidate seeking any Office in Government , especially for the Office of the (President of the United States , provide proof of citizenship, all educational and medical records and financial records at time of applying for the office, and more as established at the Convention in order to show proof of citizenship without question).
(Require a Balanced Budget be the law, and that no more then 65% of the total annual revenue obtained be allocated or spent and that 35% of all annual revenue be held forever in a locked people account which cannot not be allocated unless placed on Federal Elections and approved by 55% of the voters.)
(Require that a 10 year moratorium be established that there will be no Immigration to the United States with no exceptions during that 10 year period.)
(Require the Supreme Court never ever consider international law when deciding issues regarding the United States Of America.)
