California is in very bad trouble.
The people of California must elect a New Governor who will do the following to return California to a GRAND DE OSES STATE .
The list is in order of precedence and the list is not all inclusive . By these accomplished completed actions California and it's Citizens will be better then ever.

1. Deport every Illegal immigrant that is held in the State Of California Prison (S) and establish an identification system to prevent those people from ever returning to the United States Of America and the State Of California.
2. Establish a law that all State Tax Payer Monies are prohibited from being spent on Illegal Immigrants for any reason what so ever at all times to include Education, Medical, Medicaid , no Tax Payer Dollars will be spent on Illegal Immigrants
3. Establish and enforce a law that criminal action with heavy fines and possible jail time be sentenced any person or persons hiring Illegal Immigrants for any reason what so ever.
4. Deport every Illegal Immigrant who is in the State Of California and establish an identification system to prevent those people from ever returning to the United states Of America and the State Of California.
(ACCOMPLISH ITEM 1-2-3-4 AND THE STATE EXPENSE ACCOUNT WILL DECREASE BY MILLIONS AND MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS).
5. Establish a Balanced Budget Law requiring the State to Balance the Budget annually for ever and that no more then 65% of the Funds held in the State Asset Account may be spent ever.
6. Establish a Law that no Tax Payer dollars can be spent on private organizations what so ever, ever.
7. Establish a law that all (EVERY )private organization to include (EXAMPLE) PETA ACLU, Acorn, Environmental Groups, ETC must register every year and pay an annual 10% of tax to the State Of California based on their net worth, there must be no more Tax Payer Dollars spent on any organization and there must not ever be any more Tax Exempt Organizations ever.
8.The Tax Rate must be strengthened with new Tax Rates as follows:
(0-7K=0%) (7K-25K=3%) (25K=35K=5%) (35K-50K=7%) (50K-75K=9%) (75K-125K=10%) (125K-200K=12%) (200K-500K=15%) (500K and above = 18%). THERE MUST BE NO EXEMPTIONS , NONE WHAT SO EVER STRAIGHT REVENUE TO PERCENTAGE FORMULA.
9.Require a California constitutional amendment and have the people vote on: There will be no Unions in State Government or local Governments or (EXAMPLE) State Schools, Union in the State Of California , Parks System, No Unions in the peoples Tax Supported Government.
(THE ACTIONS 5-6-7-8- will reduce the California Government Expense so much that people from every where will want to return to and live in the State of California and California will be rich in California know how .
9. Strengthen the School System by making a law that cannot be changed such as "REQUIRE THAT 128 HOURS OF THE CONSTITUTION AND AMERICAN HISTORY BE TAUGHT EACH STUDENT EACH YEAR IN EACH GRADE - REQUIRE THAT 50 HOURS OF LAW BE TAUGHT EACH STUDENT EACH YEAR. STOP SEX EDUCATION EDUCATION REQUIREMENT, REQUIRE EACH SCHOOL TO TEACH MUSIC, BAND, SPORTS, AND 130 - 200 HOURS OF MATH TO EACH STUDENT EACH YEAR, REQUIRE THAT 130 - 200 HOURS OF READING AND WRITING BE TAUGHT EACH STUDENT EACH YEAR , INSURE THAT SCHOOL TEACHERS DO NOT TEAT STUDENT SOCIALISM,FASCISM AND COMMUNISM (SWAY) TO STUDENTS.
(IF YOU WANT CALIFORNIA AND IT'S CITIZENS TO RETURN TO GREATNESS ELECT A GOVERNMENT THAT WILL DO THE AFOREMENTIONED REQUIREMENTS.
THERE IS SO MUCH MORE THAT CAN BE DONE.
The next Governor must be a person that can think "7 LEVEL" Take the California Assets (WHATS LEFT) and make them better build and strengthen the knowledge of it's Citizens.
