The Constitution provides for an authority strong enough and broad enough for a great nation. The final authority belongs to the people themselves. The different branches of Government received their authority as it is delegated (passed on) to them by the people, who can increase or decrease the power of the Government if the they wish.
The Constitution gives to the Central Government of the Nation the authority to make laws on almost all subjects that are common interest to all the people, and the power to put those laws into effect and make both the State Governments and the people respect and obey them.
National laws are the "LAST WORD" on national questions , because the people have delegated part of their authority to the National Government and part to the State Governments.
It is clear that most people reading this piece will not have a clue what has just been stated above. It is also clear that the American people do not even know that they are "THE LAST WORD" and that that they have a right to decrease the powers which they delegated to the President and This Congress.
Here en lies the solution of reining in the out of control President Obama and all Members of Congress , "WE HAVE TOO DECREASE THEIR AUTHORITY." And we have too demand that Obama and the (Two Houses of Congress) stop delegating the powers we gave them to others. (EXAMPLE) " Commissions like (JOBS COMMISSIONS) , (ETC) , after all the people hired the President and Congress to do those things. If they cannot , then vote them all out of office come November 2, 2010.
We the people did not authorize Czars, large numbers of Secretaries and Aids for the First Lady, , most certainly did not authorize the out of control spending did we?. But ; yes may may have authorized most of the very unsatisfactory systems and spending procedure's going on in our government!.
WE HAVE TO CHANGE THAT FOLKS "HAVE THE LAST WORD" , (DECREASE THEIR AUTHORITY.)
"IMPEACH REMOVE PROSECUTE OLD OBAMA NOW" "BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE".
