This means that there is no one ruler to tell the people what to do and what they must have. (LIKE THE OBAMA THURSDAY FEBRUARY 25TH SURPRISE DURING THE 6 HOUR HEALTH CARE CONFERENCE WITH THE REPUBLICANS). There are over 300 million citizens in The United States.

The citizens are the rulers of this Country. They have chosen a President to represent them as head of their Government by name of Barack Husein Obama who has no hands on business experience and is over his head and deep in mud with his job description, a person who has no interest in (TAKING THE AMERICAN ASSETS AND MAKING THEM BETTER AND BUILDING THE KNOWLEDGE AND STRENGTH OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.)

Instead Obama cannot make a decision without a " COMMITTEE OR A CZAR."

Although (EXAMPLE) the population of citizens 21 years old and over in 1952 was over 95 million, the number of persons who voted in that Presidential election in that year was less then 62 million. things have not changed mush since that time except the population count and that the voting age changed to 18 years old.

The whole group of the voters are called the electorate. When any large part of the electorate fails to vote, those persons who fail to do this duty are helping to weaken Government "BY THE PEOPLE" ; for only through voting can the people keep up their "FINAL AUTHORITY" and "LAST WORD." and the "RULE OF THE MAJORITY." "IMPEACH REMOVE PROSECUTE OLD OBAMA NOW" "BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE".
