HOW TO TRAIN EVERY AMERICAN TO BE A GOVERNMENT WATCH DOG :

Set up regular cost control study for you and other family members. Teach them how to: properly watch Government Representatives including Obama. Look for waste, over spending , excesses and duplication .

Present regular seminars to every family member on: importance of spending control, equipment and maintenance cost of the Government, favoritism by Government to special organizations like, Pets, Environmental , ACLU, Acorn and all other organizations to minimize waste and control costs .Quiz and test family members . Require them to score 90% or better.

Make every Representative in Government nail an empty 5 gallon bucket to the wall by their desk so he or she can keep every good idea which was sent to him or her by their constituents and implement them each one ASAP. Make sure that the Congressional Representative sets up a program whereby every money saving and idea to reduce the size of Government from a constituent may be given a Cash award.

Require every Congressional Representative Audit their Office every year, sift through randomly selected issues and programs once a week (every week) for items that shouldn't have been considered and or acted upon. Require that the Representative dig out carelessly planed trips to foreign countries and cancel theM as they were not elected to represent foreign countries and their business is here in The United States Of America and not (OVER THEIR).

Explain to family members that (WE) must catch the waste in Government before it gets to the writing of the check!. Review the specific actions of your Representative in congress and Obama , review the incorrectly money which is being spent by Government and put a stop to it as (YOU THE VOTER HAVE THE FINAL WORD). The head of the family or head relative must take charge and make family knowledge of America real time stuff . America the beautiful is too good to be destroyed by Obama and Socialists/communists in our Country

Require your Representative in Congress to publicize the costs monthly. When doing family knowledge training about the United States Government and the Constitution consider giving a team or individual bonus to the best of the best, challenge the family to reduce the Governments costs by 50% offer 20% of the money saved as a cash bonus for the best recommendation submitted to your Representative in Congress and let the family member keep the bonus or share the bonus as a team. Old monopoly money or hand made fun money can be used instead of real money or as appropriate if real money can be available.

Demand that your Representative be responsive to you the voter, and make him or her anticipate what must be done to maintain a (BALANCED BUDGET). Do not let your Representative in Congress or Obama (EYE BALL) your specifications for good Government any longer as thus far this Obama Government and the Congress Majority Members of the Democrat Party have failed the American People.

Reward waste watching , demand that your Congressman offer a monthly plaque, trophy, gift certificate, or cash award to the best cost-saving constituent recommendation. The key is to reinforce a different method for "WASTE WATCHING - COST CUTTING - BALANCING THE BUDGET." It is time to take back your Government.

A start is to take back the control of your Representative in Congress and Obama.
Set specific goals, waste watching and cost control goals and Balanced Budget demands on those elected officials as they work for the people and (THE PEOPLE HAS THE LAST WORD). What we the people reinforce is what we get. What we the people do not reinforce we lose. Every American must be a Government watch dog.
