AMERICA - ALL IS NOT LOST - WE HAVE A SUPREME COURT AND THE PEOPLE .!

A great Chief Justice of the Supreme Court , John Marshall , said over a hundred years ago :

" We must never forget that it is the Constitution....intended to endure for ages to come , and , consequently, to be adopted to various crises of human affairs."

I believe that it should be remembered , however, that the Supreme Court of the United States may decide whether each part of any government plan built up by laws on the foundation of the Constitution is constitutional or unconstitutional.
