To every Congres person , Senator , President Obama and the American People.
The clear fact is that approximately 48% of the American population do not pay Federal Income Taxes.
The other clear fact is that you can count on it that , Congress and President Obama will approve citizenship for approximately 30 - 40 million illegal immigrants very soon , sometime in the near future.(New Citizens.) The People of the United States must demand that there be a new direction in how our Government will deal with this demanding situation.
Here are recommended solutions which will be good for every American and the Republic:
A new Internal Revenue Taxation Law:
No Federal Income Tax on people who earn less then 10K. Everyone else must pay taxes.
Rates are for ever and may not be changed unless a state of war has been declared by Congress.
RATES:
10K-100K=3%
100K-200K=5%
200K-300K=7%
300K-400K=9%
400K-500K=11%
500K-600K=13%
600k-700K=15%
700k-800K=17%
800K-900K=19%
900K and over =21%

A New Balanced Budget Law with actuality guide Lines:
The new law of the people will require that every Congress and Every President follow this Balanced budget Guide Line Law and that it cannot be changed or circumvented what so ever unless there is a state of war which was declared by Congress as follows:
(Example> Take the total revenue for 2010 of the Government and use that total for the next year 2011 Annual budget figure. Assume the total was "$1,000" in this case the President and the Congress could only spend (65% or $650.00.)
(25% of the total or $250.00) must be used to pay off the deficit. (10% or $100.00 would be kept in the Reserves for ever as a surplus for bad times.) This Balanced Budget Law can never be changed unless the were a state of war declared by Congress. The Reserve surplus monies saved also may never be spent unless there was a state of war declared by Congress. This Balanced Budget Law is for ever

As the people, directing that these actions be implemented as soon as possible will put the people back in charge of their Government by controlling the President and the Congress Of The United States Of America. The End.

ReplyDeleteThank you. There is a thing called thank you. "Thank you." Government should stop spending. If the people have the last word, then this is thir chance to never let a desaster pass , so take this moment to use 7 level thinking. Demand the government use the previous year revenue every year for a budget base line law and only allow the government to live on 65% of the total move 25% to pay off the deficit and save 1o%. There is no need for all this TAX Stuff. Just reduce and simplfy.
ReplyDeleteTHIS ACTION ALONE WILL SAVE AMERICA, AND PUT AMERICAN BACK TO WORK AGAIN FOREVER , AS LONG AS THE PEOLE DELEGATE TO THE REPRESENTATIES LESS AND TAKE BACK SOME OF THE ALREADY DELEGATED AUTHOITIES WHICH HAVE BEE ABUSED. THE PRESIDENTS DUTIES AND AUTHORITY NEEDS CHOPPED DOWN TO SAVE. THIS IS THE PEOPLES BUSINESS AND THE PEOPLE HAS THE LAST WORD. IT IS THE LAW. LOCATED IN OUR CHARTER.
