The  Human Summer League has started, Obama , and his spouse Mechelle have vacationed until America is almost broke, the government too ,  are out on a summer vacation . Mean while the American Jane  Doe and John Doe  are out pounding the streets for a job, hoping to come up with enough finances to pay their Uncle Sam his Tax Demands and to manage enough cash left over to buy the kids some School Cloths and Supplies, pay down  on  Higher  Education Fees for the kids ,  place food on the table for him or her self and their families,make that rent or mortgage payment, renew the automobile insurance  , pay State and Local Taxes and of course that nasty high property and sales taxes levied on them by their local representatives..
