HOW TO FIX THE SCHOOL SYSTEM IN THE UNITED STSTES.!

1. Set a (Standard Goal) for every School.

2. Establish a Grade for every School ,  as follows:
A. (6 Star Best School) (4 Star Good School)  (2 Star Fair School) ( 1 Star Failed School) Post the Star at the front of every school.
B.Star grands earned by ( least  Alumni drop outs- best  Teacher attendance- best Alumni attendance-best  dressed  Alumni - best dressed Faculty- least school crimes -cleanest school - best/highest  Alumni  grade average. Best/most  class room hours spent in teaching Alumni - Best budget management .

3. Abolish all  Unions from the Education System . Establish a job/position description for every Teacher and every school employee - Establish an annual performance report for every teacher and every employee .Teachers and all other employees not meeting   the standards of:  (excellent) (exceed ) (met/standards )   on the annual appraisal are terminated.

4. The State Government  will  be responsible for and fund all maintenance and repairs Transportation/Bus and energy fees for each school within their state..
The federal Government will fund no more then  $10,000 per student per year to each school per student,
(A reduction  over current costs) (Teachers will take a 25% pay  reeducation) , school administrators will take a 30% pay reduction.) And the Federal Government will pay Teacher and administrators flat salaries
set  entry levels  (Entree- 35k per year) all annual  pay increases of a career Teacher and administrators will be based on the formula used by the Federal Government to adjust Social Security retired recipients  system based on cost of living adjustments. School administrators  Entree level salaries start at - 45K and  annual pay adjustments will be based upon the Social security cost of living index which is the same as the Social Security recipients plans.

5. Subjects taught will be strictly as follows. Math - English- Science - American History -Reading - Writing - band -  sports - and mandatory P.E 5 hours per week .( foreign language , Chinese -  Korean -  Spanish - French - German -  open choice) (FOREIGN LANGUAGE  LIMITED TO 64 CLASS ROOM HOURS  PER YEAR ONLY AND SPECIAL CONTRACTUAL TEACHERS MAY BE PROCURED).
