FIX AMERICA - SOCIAL SECURITY - JOBS - OTHER THINGS.!

A WAY TO REPAIR AMERICA:

* Eliminate the retirement age .  You retire whenever you want.

* Phase out Social Security .

* Replace  Social Security :  Beginning January 1- 2013 . Individuals  who  25 years  of age  and  younger January 1 , 2013  2013   begins self management of retirement goals.  Save from to 0% to 50%  annually from  their income - invest as desired - all savings and interest will be tax free - No Government involvement in the lives of citizens concerning when and how a citizen handles his/her future retirement goals.( Establish American Citizen Tax Free IRA - eliminate the TRADITIONAL  and Roth IRA.)

* For those already receiving  Social Security and those people  over age 25 on January 1-2013 ;  will  remain on Social Security Program  and  retirement age requirement remains  age 65  but with no early retirement program at 62. The Government must replenish the Social Security Funds which was spent/stolen by our Government from the Social Security 'MISSING LOCKED BOX', the funds to accomplish this replenishment will come from the savings mentioned in the plan as stated following  this paragraph. 'This time the replenishment funds must clearly go into a Social Security 'LOCKED BOX'. These actions will sustain Social Security until the  last Man or Woman on Social Security is deceased.

* On Federal Income Tax. Effective 1 January 2013. Abolish all existing Tax Laws and implement a ' FEDERAL FLAT SALES TAX.' 

* Abolish 3/4TH of the internal revenue Service.(FEDERAL FLAT SALES TAX ) will not require more then 1/4TH of the current staffing to accomplish the job of the new 'Federal Flat  Sales Tax Law..

* Concerning the 'STATE DEPARTMENT AND FOREIGN AID' .  Reduce the size of the State Department by 1/2. Cut the State Department Budget by 3/4th.

* On 'FOREIGN AID' No more then 'ONE MILLION DIOLLARS' may be given to any source/country between October through September  of any physical accounting year each year. Every country must stand alone . America has given enough in past years.

* The Energy Department. Abolish this huge out of control monster on January 1 2013.  (Billions saved.)

* Homeland Security - Total revamp- abolish current conglomeration. Place Homeland Security under the Department of Defense with total operational control on  a United States dedicated Military Installation located at Davis - Monthan Air Force Base  Tucson Arizona. Billions  saved and a stronger , better Homeland Security achieved.

* Department of Defense. There must be no more Base Closures and no more funding cuts . Build up the military strength. 'REMEMBER ' (PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH) (REMEMBER PEARL HARBOR 1941.) (REMEMBER THE BROKEN MILITARY  IN 1950 AT THE KOREN WAR.)

*Education: Abolish the Federal Education Department - States rights must control Education, States must control and fund Educational Services and all operations .(Billions saved by abolishing the Education Department -  Allowing assist from saved monies towards State Education  dividends  purposes )

* Unions: Establish a law that no Federal Government employee or   employees  of  States  or city Governments   may  belong to any  Union where citizens funded  tax payer dollars are concerned in the payment of  of personnel.

* Balanced  Budget : Establish a binding non changeable law that the Federal Government must operate each year on a Balanced Budget and that the Federal Government may not spend more then 65% of  total of all dollars collected by any source and that 35% of all dollars collected by the Federal Government will be saved in an account to reduce the Federal  deficit.  (The President  will only be able to have  2% of the 65% for Presidential spending as a cap in the Executive Branch.When the deficit is reduced  to 1975 level the 35% will be placed in a  American Citizens Saving account and may not be robbed by any politician  unless a peoples   majority vote.

* - Concerning the United Nations , Abandon the membership and stop all dues/fees and aid to this organization.

* - Concerning NASA, continue full funding for Space Exploration and development.

* - Internal Revenue Service cu by 3/4TH because of the abashment of the Internal Revenue Tax structure with the implementation of the Federal Flat Sales Tax Law's there is not need for a top heavy big brother Internal Revenue Service.

8 - Concerning Grants to private organizations , abolish all funding and support from the people Tax dollars.

* - Immediately get out of Government run businesses like General Motors , Banks, and all other private  Businesses.

* - Concerning the EPA.  abolish  this Branch of our government  in total. (billions saved)

* - Build the fence and close and control all boarders.

* - On Immigration. No citizenship ever for those who broke the American Immigration Laws. Citizenship only for Legal Immigration , if they pass the tests and requirements.

* - make a law to enforce the law and hold every attorney general feet to the fire and this must be accomplished by Congress.

Result of suggestions. Smaller Government > Everyone shares in Taxation sharing >
Billions saved> Better Homeland Security> a better Government for the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
