Keep you mouth shout , stay in the White House and direct that the Congress and yourself not spent more then 45% of all monies taken in by the U.S Government and save 20% , and take 35% and pay down the Obama National debt and direct that not one cent of the 45% be spent on any Foreign Government or Foreign Source. The 20% and 35% must be locked and secured by a sacred oath.
