When the Mexican people eat hot red peppers, pinto beans, and tortillas
cactus berries in any amounts or combinations , these food effects their brain and turns any Mexican person into a mad man or mad women and will turn Mexicans just plain bad or killers .

The recommend life style change for every Mexican person is to change their diet and never eat those kinds of foods.

In Juarez Mexico there are 290 people killed every month and there have been over 3480 killings this year in 2010. Juarez is not the only location for these killings it is happening all over the Country of Mexico, thousands and thousands of killings are happening each month.

It is strongly recommended that , pinto beans, chili peppers , tortillas and cactus berries not be feed to any Mexican citizen in Mexico and especially to those illegal or other Mexican people that are over here in the United States of America.

This is Obama fault. Obama must direct a 7 year moratorium on pinto beans, hot red peppers , tortillas and cactus berries just like Obama did on oil drilling and expiration.
