Simply by requesting that the people send their donations to The White House rather then super experienced aid organisations like the American Red Cross. Obama remains firm that anywhere there is money , The Obama Administration is involved with their with open hands and Tax Collectors.
The over whelming power of any Presidents reaction to any disaster is to "ORDER" Federal Departments like the Military to provide all assistance necessary and instruct Homeland Security and other Federal Relief and other Federal Aid Departments to do the same. Then at that point every President ; especially Obama should stay out of the way. Instead Obama brings back into focus the same old cronies , the Clinton's, Carter's and the Bush people, seems anytime there is lots of money in play from donations by The People Of America and from other people around the world "OLD OBAMA AND THE FIRST LADY ARE JOHNNY ON THE SPOT". (ALONG WITH THE HAS BEEN AND THE GOVERNMENT TAX COLLECTORS).

This disease in our White House and in Washington just keeps going and going and going. "IT IS THE DISEASE OF THE AGES'.
