POWERS FROM THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED !.

One of the purposes in adopting the Federal Constitution was to make sure that the freedom that the people had just won would not be allowed to slip away from them. The Fathers of the Constitution, in giving authority to the Federal Government , were careful to protect the rights of both the National and State Governments, beyond which they were not permitted to go.

In this way , the people of the United States, as long as they obey the law , may go freely from place to place , may enjoy their lives and property in safety, and may go to courts for justice and protection in cases in which they feel their rights are being taken away from them, either by Government or by other people.

So long as our Government lasts, it must serve the needs of the people who give it authority, for this is the only way to preserve and secure the "BLESSINGS OF LIBERTY." It is this objective that was in the minds of the writers of the "DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE." when they declared that the people " ARE ENDOWED BY THEIR CREATOR WITH CERTAIN UNALIENABLE RIGHTS ." (THAT AMONG THESE ARE LIFE , LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS ).

"THAT TO SECURE THESE RIGHTS , GOVERNMENTS ARE INSTITUTED AMONG MEN , DERIVING THEIR JUST POWERS FROM THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED."

Folks , it is so very clear that the people have elected a President that is anti American and is dismantling the Constitution , so clear that Barack Husein Obama has taken some of our right away and we need to go the courts for justice and protection. Our Government under president Obama is not serving the needs of the people who gave it it's authority.

The American People must withdraw the powers and authority which they gave our Government in total. (THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS OUT OF CONTROL GOVERNMENT ACROSS THE BOARD) "THERE IS NO OTHER WAY" We must not wait for tomorrow and the next elections.
