THE RIGHT TO ASSEMBLE PEACEABLY !.

A basic right that is guaranteed to the People Of The United States by the First Amendment is the freedom to come together in groups for any peaceable purpose.
We call this the "RIGHT TO ASSEMBLE PEACEABLY."

More then 300 years ago , in 1620 the Pilgrims were sailing toward this land in their little ship, "THE MAYFLOWER," they assembled in the cabin many times in the long 3 months of the voyage and talked about the kind of government they would like to set up when they reached the new country.

What form of government would they choose? . How would officials be chosen?. How would laws be made?. They answered some of these questions . They wrote their ideas of government on paper. They called the agreement the "MAYFLOWER COMPACT". It contained the ideas of government that we have in The United States today.

Ever since that time our people have recognized the value of quiet discussion and planning and have especially valued the right to meet together in groups to discuss their problems. in some parts of the world today, when groups gather to discuss problems , they are suspected of plotting against their government.

In our country all of our groups , whether study groups , political groups , social clubs , or any kind of of lawful groups , meet when and where they please. They do not have to get the Government's permission , and they need not fear interference from the police or other groups.

You have probably noticed that groups that assemble to protest against something the Government is doing are given as much police protection as patriotic parades.

"NO OFFICIAL IN THIS COUNTRY HAS THE RIGHT TO PREVENT A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO DISAGREE WITH THE GOVERNMENT FROM MEETING PEACEABLY TO CRITICIZE IT OR LAMBASTE AND DISCOURAGE PARTICIPATION OF SAME."

The final authority in The United states Of America belongs to all The People , and they are protected in this authority by their right of peaceable assembly.

(We must question why did President Obama, the Speaker of The House and the Senate Majority Leader and other members of Government continually lambaste and degrade the "TEA PARTY PARTICIPANTS WHO PEACEABLY ASSEMBLED TO CRITICIZE THE GOVERNMENT ?) . The fact is that our Government Leaders do not know nor do they understand the rights of the People given to the whole of this Republic by the Constitution Of The United States Of America. What was Obama and the Congress afraid Of?.

We do indeed have a problem in Washington DC!. "IMPEACH REMOVE PROSECUTE OLD OBAMA NOW' "BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE."

THE AMERICAN WAR HAS STARTED !.

Between 2007 and 2009 a change came. The Democrat Party took charge of the Congress while a Republican was in the White House. Then along came a deadly spider in 2009 . A Democrat took the White House and controls every aspect of the United States Of America and the Two Houses Of Congress.


The Government of Barack Husein Obama became engaged in a war with the American People and made an alliance with Socialism to attack the American Free Enterprise System in America and The American People.

The people organized Resistance Groups to combat this breach and possible treason by "THE GOVERNMENT" actions groups were called Tea Parties, further Resistance was accomplished by the voters ; voting some of those kinds of people out of office.

The People have been fighting every "Change" that Government has made bravely and have spent their money freely to defend their country . And the Government sent their Generals in Congress and foot soldiers like Acorn and the ACLU and others the stop them.

No one has won the War yet. The Government with a policy of out of control spending , mismanagement of Government and wide spread corruption has the upper hand with the ability of taxation with out representation and the ability to make pass laws that help and spend The Peoples Tax Dollars; worse than drunken sailors ; against The People wishes.

The American People have suffered heavy but the Obama Government continues to try try and collect much more money for programs that The People do not want ; heavy tax on all kinds of businesses, trade and on The People continue in order to collect monies to support a Socialist Plan to "CHANGE AMERICA".

The American People have a right and are right to claim that they more then anything else are being Taxed without being given the (OLD ENGLISH AND AMERICAN RIGHT OF VOTING FOR OR AGAINST EACH GOVERNMENT PLAN OF CHANGE AND TAXATION.)

The American People have Representatives in the Government who do not and will not listen to the wishes of The People and that starts at (THE TOP WITH OBAMA.)

Feelings are growing much more bitter each day, The Government of President Obama continues to interfere in other ways with the lives and businesses of the States and it's people.

The War has started . Like the Obama Motors Motto (LET THE BEST CAR WIN) we must say to Obama that ( LET THE BEST PEOPLE WIN - A GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE - A CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT PEOPLE.) And not the Socialist Government Of Obama and most of the Democrat Congress.
