STANDARDS OF GOVERNMENT AND HEALTH CARE !.

The problem about the Obama Health Care Bill is that : First of all , way back when the Constitutional Convention decided that three branches of government - that which makes the laws (The Legislative) , that which operates the Government and puts the laws into effect (THE EXECUTIVE) , and that which explains the laws and settles disagreements on (LEGAL) questions (THE JUDICIARY) - should each represent the people separately and have limited powers, largely independent of each other except for certain (CHECK AND BALANCES.)
Secondly , it decided that all men should be equal in their right to the protection of laws.
Thirdly , it decided that all States should receive special favors from the National Government,
and that each State must (RECOGNIZE) and respect the laws of all States. Fourthly , it decided that every State should be (GUARANTEED A REPUBLICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT) , with the final authority belonging to the people themselves , and with elected representatives.

Fifthly , it decided that the people should always have the right to change their Constitution by carefully considered action of their representatives in Congress , if approved by three- Fourths of the States. The (CHECKS AND BALANCES) "WAYS IN WHICH EACH PRINCIPLE BRANCH OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CAN PREVENT ONE OF THE OTHER BRANCHES FROM ACTING TOO FAST OR BECOMING TOO POWERFUL.)

Regarding the Obama Health Care Bill there were no (CHECKS AND BALANCES) in play and for sure and Government (THE LEGISLATIVE BRANCH) , (THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH) , (THE JUDICIARY BRANCH) are currently broken and in disrepair with the Rule Of Law non existent.
The people gave no one in Congress/Government the authority to change Constitutional procedures. Clearly Crimes have been committed against the People Of The United States by President Obama and the Leaders Of The Democrat controlled Two Houses Of Congress.

We have a very dangerous situation and a Constitutional emergency as President Obama is the leader and creator of the problem (THE ONE IN CHARGE) who has guided his administration as a (TYRANT) "THE HEAD OF THIS REPUBLIC WHO RULES BY FORCE AND CRUELTY AND DOES NOT LISTEN TO THE MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE EVER."
President Obama and the Leaders of The Two Houses Of Congress are (TRAITORS), people who have gone against their allegiance.

This Health Care Bill must be stopped dead in it's track if The United States Of America is to survive!. "IMPEACH REMOVE PROSECUTE OLD OBAMA NOW" "BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE."
