1. Find and vote into the Office of the President of the United States an American Citizen who understands :

The People, The Republic , The Constitution, The duties and responsibilities of the Office of the Presidency, a citizen who has declared or will declare under oath to absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince , potentate , state , or sovereignty and that and that he or she will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States Of America against all enemies , foreign and domestic ; and that he or she will bear true faith and allegiance to the same ; and that he or she will lead and bear arms on behalf of the United States Of America as Commander and Chief as required by law and this oath which he or she must make before-during and while seeking the office of the President of the United States Of America.

2. First step: Require a Balanced Budget Law.

3. Require a Line Item Veto Law.

4. Require a (BALANCED BUDGET LAW) > as follows > no more than 65% of the previous years Total Federal Revenue may be spent in the next current fiscal year > and that 25% of the previous years Total Federal Revenue must be used to reduce the Federal deficit in the next current year (S) > and that the remaining 10% Total Federal Revenue from the previous year be held in a locked surplus account for ever. > "IN PLAN ENGLISH THE PREVIOUS YEARS FEDERAL REVENUE TOTAL BECOMES THE CAP/GUIDE LINE FOR SPENDING TOTALS GUIDE IN THE NEXT CURRENT FISCAL YEAR WHICH EQUATES TO A BALANCE BUDGET LAW" > THIS LAW MAY NOT BE CHANGED UNLESS THERE IS A "CONGRESSIONAL DECLARED WAR" STATUS.

5. Make A New Law on Immigration. >If there is going to be another forced "AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS" "FEDERAL FUGETIVES" > which gives 30-40 million new illegals and other people citizenship. > then there must be a new law made that establishes a binding "10 YEAR MORATORIUM ON ALL IMMIGRATION AND NEW CITIZENSHIP."

6.Make a New Law on Taxsation. > Require that every person in the United States
must pay a Federal Income Tax when they earn over 10 thousand dollars annualy or more and that no one who earns over 10 thousand dollars annually or more will be excused from paying a Federal Income Tax. > Rates suggested as > 10K-100K=3% >100K-200K=5% > 200K-300K=7% > 300K-400K=9% > 400K-500K=11% > 500K-600K=13% > 600-700K=15% > 700-800K=17% > 800-900K=19% > 900K and over =21% > A special note>. (There will be no more deductions allowed for anything because there will be a Balanced Budget Law and a the Budget Spending Guide Law which allows for this kind of lower tax rate formulas .)

7. Congress , the President and the Department Of justice must enforce all laws without exception.

9. Government must stop making ridicules laws and spend more time on removing old ridicules law from the record.

10. It is up the the People. Come next election , pay much needed attention concerning the characters and back ground and experience of the person you are voting for. Please do not reelect or elect a Socialist to any office in this Republics Government.
