A MESSAGE FOR JENNY BETH MARTIN.- NATIONAL COORDINATOR - "TEA PARTY PATRIOTS." THE CHALLENGE.!

The National Tea Party movement must start a drive to demand that the Federal Government  balance the budget. The balancing of the budget starts at the top with Obama  and down to the  Congress.

If the Tea Party takes on this challenge and does not establish a plan for Obama and the Congress  then all will be lost and any action taken by the Tea Party Boss  Jenny Beth Martin and fellow  Patriots will be of no gain or concern and will fail.

In other plain words , let Obama and  Congress develop the Balanced Budget  plan and it will be of thousands of pages long and full of surprises just like the Obama Health Care Plan.

Here is a Balanced Budget Plan that is one page long, simple and easy to understand and execute even for a Harvard or Yale Politician or Lawyer.

1- THE TOTAL MONIES TAKEN IN BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
 EACH YEAR SHALL BE THE BASE LINE TO DETERMINE THE FOLLOWING
 YEARS ANNUAL FEDERAL BUDGET.

2. 45%  OF THAT TOTAL WILL BE THE AMOUNT THAT CONGRESS AND
THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT'S DEPARTMENTS  ARE ALLOWED TO SPEND
 IN THE  NEXT YEAR FOR AMERICA ONLY.

3. 15 % OF THE TOTAL MUST BE SAVED IN A LOCKED BOX TO CREATE
 A SURPLUS FOR EVER.

4. 30% OF THE TOTAL WILL BE USED TO PAY DOWN THE OBAMA AND
 GEORGE BUSH FEDERAL DEBT.

5. 5% WILL BE SET ASIDE FOR NATIONAL EMERGENCIES, IF NOT USED
 THE FUNDS REMAIN IN A LICKED BOX TO COMPOUND INTO A LARGER
 BALANCE FOR FUTURE EMERGENCIES .

6. 5% OF THE TOTAL ONLY MAY BE USED FOR FOREIGN AID. IF NOT USED THE  AMOUNT  NOT USED WILL TRANSFER TO THE CURRENT DOWN PAYMENT OF THE DEBT.

7. THERE ARE NO FURTHER STEPS TO THIS PLAN , NO EXCEPTIONS  AND NO CHANGES AUTHORIZED UNLESS THERE IS A VOTE OF APPROVAL ON ANY AND ALL CHANGES WHICH MAY ONLY BE FOR A THREE YEAR PERIOD  IN DURATION . THE VOTE OF APPROVAL MUST BE BY  A VOTE OF THE PEOPLE  WITH A 55% MAJORITY IN ORDER TO MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THE "BALANCED BUDGET PLAN."
