Our Congress's attitude is something like this:
A citizen in a small city called his Representative and after a 20 minute wait his Congressman answered the call. " I'm ready to talk ," the Congressman barked. "The citizen pulled out his notes and said I do not want that Obama Health Care the citizen growled, "not one part of it. The Health Care should be the same as it always was minus all the corruption and and minus allowing Illegal Immigrants free Health Care. Then i want all the Death Czars terminated and banned from the Health Care System. And then i want the people to be able to pay into private Social Security and Health Care savings accounts with higher then the 2% or less that that Government pays it's citizens for Savings Bonds . I want the doctors and the patient to determine all treatment requirements without Government intervention.The citizen paused and then the Congressman asked , "just one question, sir. The chief hen's name is Obama ......will that be a problem.?
" IMPEACH , REMOVE , PROSECUTE OLD OBAMA NOW." " BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE."

CHECKS AND BALANCES AND TAX COURTS OF THE U.S.A.

There are ways for all Americans to be able to protect America and their families by learning about your government and about how we all can fight back the Obama take over of our Republic by the socialist Obama movement. Here are some things you should learn:
Did you know that there is a (TAX COURT OF THE UNITED STATES.?) and the court has 16 members who hold hearings and decide cases that are appealed by taxpayers on questions involving , among other things , income tax , excess profits , estate and gifts , Federal Government taxation without representation , like the new Health Care Tax Fee that will be levied on the American people.
"HERE IS PROOF THAT OUR GOVERNMENT IS OUT OF CONTROL." (THERE ARE NO CHECKS AND BALANCES.) Standards of Government:
First of all, the Constitutional Convention decided that three branches of government - that makes the laws (THE LEGISLATIVE ) ,that which operates the government and puts the laws into effect (THE EXECUTIVE) ,and that which explains the laws and settles disagreements on legal questions (THE JUDICIARY) - should each represent the people separately and have limited powers , largely independent of each other except for certain "CHECKS AND BALANCES."
Secondly , it decided that all men should be equal in their right to protection of the laws.
Thirdly, it it decided that all the States should be equal , that no State should receive special favors from the National Government ,and that each State must
recognize and respect that the laws of all other States.
Fourthly , it decided that every State should be guaranteed a Republican for of Government, with the final authority belonging to the people themselves , and with the powers of Government delegated by the people to elected representatives .
Fifthly , it decided that the people should always have the right to change their Constitution by the carefully considered action of their representatives in Congress , if approved by three fourths of the States.
And sixthly , it decided that the Constitution , laws properly made by Congress,
and treaties agreed to by the President and the Senate were to be the highest law of the land - higher then the laws of any State or orders of any public official.
From day one of the Obama Presidency along with the Democrat controlled Congress and Senate the rule of law and checks and balances have been non existent.
