THE FAILURE OF THE FEDERAL COURTS. AND OBAMA.!

The Federal Courts have not helped to explain the meaning of the Constitution. One purpose of our Federal  Courts is to explain  or interpret our Constitution, laws, and treaties. 'The Courts have failed.'

The Courts are sometimes called on to decide the meaning of words of the Constitution. 'The Courts have failed.'

Not enough  of  the laws made by Congress have been held to unconstitutional (not in agreement with the Constitution .)  'The Courts have failed' "EXAMPLE"  (The Obama Health Care Law, the take over of Private Businesses like GM, Banks,Wall Street , Housing, Environment, Student Loans, Unions,
Stimulus Spending, Balanced Budget, Enforcing the Rule of Law (S),  Boarder Security , National Security  and more.)

The supreme Court has  'failed', the Attorney General has 'failed,. the Congress has 'failed,  President Obama has 'failed'.

Such lam brained decisions  and the laws those people  have approved , have enlarged and added to the Constitution with supreme harm and  great  supreme harm to the citizens of the United States of America.

" WE MUST NEVER FORGET THAT IT IS A CONSTITUTION....INTENDED TO ENDURE FOR AGES TO COME ,  AND CONSEQUENTLY , TO BE ADOPTED TO THE VARIOUS CRISES OF HUMAN AFFAIRS."
