The Congressional Budget Office And Obama Health Care Fiasco.!

The Congressional Budget Office screwed America  ; and the Congressional Budget office  also got screwed by the Democrat 111Th Congress.
I will explain:

The 111Th Democrat Congress and Senate came up with the Obama Health Care Plan and gave the Congressional Budget Office ,
(A ...HA...HA...Non..Partisan) group of Federal high paid Mathematician employees  bazaar speculative  assumption  cost figures for the Obama Health Care Plan  .The crushing bazaar speculative cost figures did not include start up costs and many other costs totaling millions and millions of dollars which was left out of the  original cost figures that was presented to the  Congressional Budget Office for the  Mathematician's to  officially record a  score sheet for the estimated outcome of the Obama Health Care plan.

The results of the Congressional Budget Office  guesstimate's from the submitted figures received from the 111Th Congress were  at best a misrepresentation but the best possible from the very lien phony figures received from the Congress and President Obama

It appears that the Congressional Budget  Office , a group of Government Bureaucrats just did a pencil in job as usual rather then tell the   truth to  Congress and President Obama right from the start that the figures that they had received were inadequate and planed poorly and not justified reasonably to accomplish a first in , first out accounting spread sheet  for the Obama Health Care Plan.

From the information as of this date it would be better if Congress would limit all Congressional Bills and Laws to no more then 10 pages long with  with  30 day review by 'Citizens' and  'Representatives ' of the people before voting  on any and all bills first.

It also would be beneficial  for America if the Congressional Budget Office was closed for good thereby saving millions and millions of dollars and abolishing this Office and include this action as a budget reduction. As the congressional Budget Office did not fulfill their responsibilities and all concerned were derelict of performing all their duties.   The person  or persons which has oversight of the Congressional Budget Office needs to be reprimanded and or removed from Government Service.

To replace the Congressional Budget Office would cost  almost nothing as compared to present costs of the Congressional Budget Office. Instead of heaving a Federal Budget Office. Do This :

An incentives and Education Benefit to Higher Education assign each (BILL) which requires estimates and cost figures for the Federal Government (Bills) farm out the work to Universities like  for example the Mathematics's Departments at the University of Tennessee, Yale, Harvard, UCLA, Stanford, Texas A&M, University of  University of Arizona and others.

 Establish an incentive plan for correctness and completeness for all Universities and other schools participating in the program  This could not be more sloppier or more radicalise  then the Congressional Budget Office job performances for now and in the past. Never have i ever seen a more incompetent Budget and Math group as the Congressional Budget  Office of the United States Government along with the Democrat Members of the 11TH Congress and President Obama
