Build Oils Refineries
Drill for Oil  in the whole of America including in the on and off shore oceans.
Abandon the Global Warming Fabrications which has stalled America.
Abolish all detrimental environmental organizations
De fund all Federal Expenditure's to foreign countries.
De fund all Federal Expenditures to private organizations.
Stop the Federal Government  involvement into States Rights and State's responsibilities.

(Make it a mandatory law that the Federal Government can only spend 45% of all revenue collected annually and save 20%  which is to be  be place in a mandatory locked vault which is untouchable by any one unless the people vote with an 80% approval vote required for each use.) use 35% to pay down the debt. = 100%. (OBTAIN THE BUDGET BASE  FOR EACH YEAR FROM THE PREVIOUS YEARS TOTAL FEDERAL REVENUE TO EQUATE TO 45%- 20% - AND  35% = 100% BUDGET EXPENDITURE LEVELS.
