WORDS OF THE DAY #12. CONTINUED FROM # 9. - THIS IS THE CONCLUSION.!

Lower cooperate tax rates on all U.S. companies to 7% down from 9% but only for companies operating in the U.S. Any companies operating outside U.S. tax rate will be 38%.

'Spending and Savings' , in our Government must provide for this extra effort for the people of this Republic - we must apply stern tests of priority to expenditures. This extra effort involves most immediately,the need for a 'Budget Balanced' process like nothing that these 'United States' has ever seen if we are to survive as the 'United States of America.'
There must be no limit to the human betterment that could result from such cooperation on the matter of 'SPENDING' the 'Tax Payers' money. But of all works of your Government, none is more needed now then a real step for a 'Balanced Budget' and 'Paying off' the 'National Debt' and providing the 'American People' an opportunity for employment . America cannot afford to stand still  on it's financial obligations, we Americans must not be ruled by anyone person or any Government in this world. We are our own boss  as guaranteed  by the blessed 'CONSTUTUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA'.  I say  one more thing to all  peoples , that we will always go the extra mile with anyone on earth if it will bring us nearer to 'PEACE' and a continued free America. (CONCLUSION). AND THAT IS WHAT THE NEXT REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE MUST SAY TO THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA.
