CITIZEN'S RESCUE PLAN - GOVERNMENT PLEDGE - PAY OFF DEFICIT.! BY DON CARTER

The population of the United States Of America is  approximately 308 million.

What if the U.S. Government signed and made pledge like this?:

'We pledge to accept $15.00 from each citizen each month.We pledge and promise to accept  the total amount received each month from each American Citizen which is received from each citizen in  the total amount of $15.00 x 308 Million the approximate population  number of  U.S. Citizen's.We dedicate and promise that  the total funds received will go right  directly into paying off the Deficit Of the United States Of America  and for no other purposes .We the Government Of The United States Of America apologize for our mistakes and mismanagement of the people funds. We will never make that mistake again, we will manage the peoples assets in the future with a Balanced Budget 'Rule Of Law'. We promise to stop and reduce all  spending now and in the future  by never spend more the 65% of the Nations incoming  proceeds . We thank the American People for saving The United States Of  America with  this citizen's  'RESCUE PLAN' We agree and promise that after all the Deficit is paid off by mostly the American People's 'RESCUE PLAN 'and the other funds generated from the Balanced Budget excesses that the American People's  'RESCUE PLAN ' of $15.00 from each  Citizen per month will be discontinued .We herby state 'Thank you  and God Bless you America' for paying off our unforgetable and unforgiveable National  Bad Debt. It must be noted that the total cost per person is $15.00 per month or $180.00 per year, a family of 5 will cost $900.00 per year. That is not too much to 'Rescue America' keep in mind that by this action 'RECCUE PLAN ' when implemented all other costs will decrase because we are taking care of the 'People's Business'  rather then trusting a politician , it is better then procrastatating or as the politicians say; kicking the can down the road. (THE GOVERNMENT MUST BE REQUIRED TO SET UP A SPACIAL LOCKED MAIL BOX FOR THE PAY OFF OF THE NATIONAL DEBT BY THE CITIZEN'S 'RESCUE PLAN' AND TO INFORM THE AMERICAN PEOPLE EACH MONTH AND YEAR END OF THE RESULTS ACHIEVED.If a citizen wants to send more , then send more. Funds presented to the 'RECCUE PLAN' are not Tax Deductable.
