HOW TO WIN THE 2012 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.! ADVICE YOU CAN USE.! BY DON CARTER

THE BEST WAY TO WIN THE POSITION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND BE THE MOST SUCCESSFUL PRESIDENT EVER IS:

1-    Be though and abstruse - Be Good - Be  a Patriot - Love America - Follow the Constitution -  Work hard -  Stay in the Oval Office and work - Do not go to other Heads of Governments -  Let Them Come to you -  Never give a big dinner or reception to anyone - Do not spend or allow spending of more then 65% of monies received by  Government- appear in public wearing a suit and a tie always just like Ronald Reagan.Ground Air Force 1 and Marine 1. Speak to the Nation live 1 time per month  or more on TV.

2.    Drill for oil everywhere in America, be self sustaining and lower Gas prices to under 2 bucks per gallon including diesel.(RESULTS) Prices on everything drops and people go back to work across America.

3.    Stop all expenditures of U.S. Government Monies  to the United Nations, Foreign Countries, and on Illegal Immigrants, to include Food, Lodging, Health Care. Education, Unions, and all Private organizations .

4.    Maintain a stronger Military,always be prepared for War, Peace Through Strength.

5.    Presidential Order - return of every company or Business who moved their Companies to a foreign country to return to America, or America will not purchase their goods, and for those who return their tax rate would be 3% of Gross income annually. (RESULT) Americans  go back to work and America returns to be the 'BIG KAHUNA' again in the manufacturing world.

6.    Presidential Order with coordination of Congress, cut all Government Departments in 'HALF' but abolish the Department of Energy, Education, EPA, Home Land Security, and TSA.

7.    Place Home Land Security and the TSA and FEMA  directly under the control of the United States Military, with a General Staff Board from each Branch of Service
which operates areas of responsibility divided into regions of 8 throughout the U.S.A..  Return the draft, fully man all Military positions and responsibilities to stop the continued gutting and stretched current Military situation.
Fully man and control all U.S. Boarders with active duty Military Personnel and (BUILD THE DAME FENCE)  from the 'newly' formed U.S. Military ( U.S.A. SECURITY BRANCH) - (ELIMINATE THE TERM HOMELAND SECURITY AND TSA  - FEMA CRAP). Fully man all positions in the U.S. Military by U.S. Military Personnel, and reopen some closed Installations and do no more  consolidations, consolidations are dangerous, remember the consolidations at Pearl Harbor December 7 - 1941.?
(RESULTS) A fully maned military, teaching young people responsibilities and create a better more well balanced citizenry and an all around better America.

8.    Change the Tax Laws. As follows.......... (under 10 K none) (10K to 25K....1%)  (25K to 40K..3%)(40K to 75K..5%)  (75K to 100K..8%)  (100k to 150K..10%) (150K to 200K..12%) (200K to 300k..14%)  (300k to 400K..15%)  (400K to 500K..17%) (500K to Million.20%)(1 million to 3 million..23%) (3 million to 5 million..25%)  (5 million to 10 million..30%)(10 million and over 33%)......note there must be no deductions of any kind period.

9.    THE SECRET IS 'A BALANCED BUDGET' SPEND NO MORE THAN 65% I GROSS MONIES COLLECTED BY GOVERNMENT.
