WHAT WOULD YOU DO.? - BY DON CARTER

If I were the President of the United States one of the first things that I would do is fire every Czar and replace all czars with an Internal  Affairs Department  and delicate  the Vice President to over see this Department. Their responsibility would be to over see all branches of government, just like an Internal Affairs Department in  Police Departments.

Then I would fire every high ranking Commanders  and  Vice Commanders of  all Defense Department and i would select and possibly  promote those who  were
most experienced.

Then I would go down to the two Houses of Congress and  ask for a 'Balanced Budget law'. And I would find time to go down to the Congress every month and maybe more because communication and good government  is a must  and to be a good leader requires this kind of action.

I would not have any kind of News Media or Concerts or Balls ever because it is the people money and I would not do any of those things except for the 4th of July, Easter  ,Christmas and Memorial Day, Armed forces Day, and Military Branch Departments Birthdays.

While visiting Congress I would ask the Congress to stop or  limit making new laws and concentrate on managing and over seeing corruption in the U.S Treasury Department and the Secretary of State Department and all other Government Departments and to insure that government and the New President is operating by the constitution of The United States of America. I would reduce all Departments Budgets by half  except the Defense Department and require that any expenditure by any departments to any Foreign Country must be approved by Congress and signed off  on by the President, 'Blank Check Books would be No more' . Further more I would require all  businesses taxes from the current level to 2% and  require  all businesses that have moved out of country to return to America or their products would not be sold in America.

And  would change the 'TAX  System .Whereby every person who has an income over $10,000 dollars would pay a tax, those making under $10,000 would pay$12.00. I would close the boarders and deport every foreign illegal immigrant in our prisons and I would make sure that the ' SSN Card check' is the law of the land.
