IF YOU CANNOT SEE IT IN OBAMA . I CAN. BY DON CARTER

When i see Obama, i watch his teeth, smile and actions, when i see Obama  , smiley and stuttering around i see  President Obama as on some kind of medication or perhaps  high on drugs. If investigator's  would place together all the clips of of Obama at those elaborate dinners and fundraiser trying to be cute and smiley with this teeth Chrystal sparkling and his eyes  at a strange far off study reflection i see Obama high, very high on drugs.

Therefore as (1)  among millions of citizens who pays the Obama and Family salary's am requesting that President Barack Hessian Obama come to a private clinic in the Capital in the  State of Texas whereby 50 governors from 50 states are in attendance to witness the 'DRUG TEST'  and to ensure there are no lien and cheating by President Obama. And i am requesting that there be (1) doctor from each 50 States attending to ensure that the examiners and laboratory blood and urine work is not compromised. This  President is definitely on drugs, ..what the hey..Obama has been on drugs most of his life. That is a Fact........................BY DON CARTER
