A new law developed today to solve sex crimes against every person in America. The new law is called the 'DON CARTER LAW; the law was developed by Don Carter. As Follows:
Molestation sexual abuse crimes, pedophilia, bodily appetite, lust, desire, urge, itch, passion, carnal passion, fleshy lust, heat-rut, oestrus, oestruation, sex organs, penis, genitalia, homosexuality, bisexuality, homosexualist,lesbian sapphist perverts, sodomist, deviant sodomite, pederast. "homo, queer, fairy,pansy, queen, nancy or nance , molly, miss, betty, Painted willie, fag, lust. Perversim, cannibalism, erotomania, sexual abnomormality , narcissism, nympholepsy, psycholagny, sadism, satyriasis, nymphomania, coprophila, necrophilia, paraphila. Espurgatim, (EMASCULATION).
The new 'Don Carter Law' is mandatory and requires that every sex offender on the first catch/offense must have "EMASCULATION- GELDED- CASTRATION- CUT CAPONIZED- EMASCULATE- DE-MASCULINIZED- STERILIZED- EXPUTRATE- SURGICAL REMOVAL CASTRATION- COMPLETELY.
NO JUDGE, NO OTHER LAW MAY CIRCUMVENT THIS PUNISHMENT. NO AMNESTY. NO NADA. NOTHING CAN PREVENT THIS PUNISHMENT WHEN CONVICTED, THIS IS THE ULTIMATE MANDATORY PUNISHMENT.
