President Obama ordered the Department of Agriculture who is also in change of the Parks Department to use the following as their Logo/Theme.:
"AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT - WE ARE PLEASED TO DISTRIBUTE THE GREATEST AMOUNT OF FOOD STAMPS."
"PARKS DEPARTMENT- PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS BECAUSE THEY MAY NOT LEARN TO TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES."
