Responsibility must be accepted. The responsibility for management of America belongs to the President. There are 10 basic rules of a Commander And Chief. 1 is to never leave his post. Responsibility rests where it belongs, with President Barack Obama. A President just like a military member must be on duty 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
President Obama has no conscience. President has not accepted responsibility for the condition the United States of America finds it's self . You may know about Food Stamps. But have you heard of American Stamps.? American Stamps is strictly for President Obama. The President receives $400,000 annual salary plus $50,000 annual expense account. If Obama does not spend the $50,000 expense account Obama can keep it.The Obama family does not spend 1 cent according to sources. President and Michelle Obama receives "AMERICAN STAMPS" which includes free food,servants,body guards, world wide travel, unlimited vacations, transportation,parties,banquets and the use of our Military at anytime and at a whim notice and more. The "AMERICAN STAMP" is what Obama receives and has enjoyed to it's fullest extend for 3, going on 4 years.

How to fix U.S. foreign spending of our Federal Government:!
By a lottery, each six months select 1 American Citizen from each state who makes less than $30,000 per year to sit on a voluntary "BOARD OF EXPENDITURES" in Washington DC to review all foreign expenditures requests to foreign countries, other wise no U.S.money can be spent on foreign countries by the President or any U.S.Government Department or U.S, Congress.
After the Board Of Expenditures reviews,changes modifies or turns down such requests for expenditure's to the subject foreign country in question.Expenditures approved by the board and amount authorized are sent to the Congress for a majority vote who may not change amounts or any requirements made by the board. Period.
Each person selected to the 6 months board term will be reimbursed lost wages plus 25% of the annual income which may not exceed $30,000.00 and will provided room and board at Fort Belvoir Virgina and all transportation which is required to complete the duty. No citizen can serve more than one 6 month term.Must be a United states Born Citizen and not Naturalized.

CALIFORNIA WILL SAVE AMERICA. BY DON CARTER
California citizens are not as stupid as the Democrat Party thinks they are.! The people of California have had enough , they have seen first hand the workings around them of socialism.
The California State Legislature has been taken over by socialists, left wing environmentalists, Gay and Lesbian's and other groups. Whereby placing the once great State of California into a failed and heavily debt ed situation.
The big thing in California is that the Hollywood Actors Guild and it's constituents/members have had to endure full time acting like a socialist, Democrat left wing stooge just to find work in the Entertainment Industry.
The truth is that these folks/actors are coming out and they will drive the vote to rid President from the White House. California citizens , White people, Black people, Hispanic people, Asian people, Native Americans and other ethnic people who live in California will not sit by and see The United States of America or the State of California slide down this slope into the deep dark tunnel of socialism .
Trust that California voters this time will take "HOPE" and vote, use "CHANGE" to save the United States of America and the State of California. Because California wants America and California to be strong, have jobs, balanced budgets, be energy self sustaining, freedom,less Government, less laws smaller Government.

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sibelius has said that a decrease in human birth will cover the cost of female contraceptives , sterilization's.
My God Folks. Are we back in the Nazi Hitler days of experimentation's like in Germany during world war two.? What gives this lady and President Obama the right to be God . Secretary Sibelius is the she devil of satin and President is Satin's himself.
Contraception, sterilizations, abortions, sex devices contraceptives, medication, morning after pills. What is going on? I charge President Obama and Secretary Sibelius of murder, black magic, sorcery.
