PRESIDENT OBAMA AND RESPONSIBILITY. BY DON CARTER

Consider this as a message for voters:
Responsibility must be accepted. The responsibility for management of America belongs to the President. There are 10 basic rules of a Commander And Chief. 1 is to never leave his post. Responsibility rests where it belongs, with President Barack Obama. A President just like a military member must be on duty 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
President Obama has no conscience. President  has  not accepted responsibility for the condition the United States of America finds it's self . President Obama  would rather palaver than accept any responsibility.This is one of the paramount reasons why President Obama must not be reelected for a 2nd term. 3 years of hardship and many new problems each day for over 3 years have been forced upon the American people.Everyday President Obama creates a new problem. President Obama is a total failure and has not earned the right to be reelected.  BY DON CARTER
