I DID NOT HAVE A DREAM. BY DON CARTER

I did not have to have a dream to know what was in my heart and what i had been taught by my parent.Unlike someone who has a Holiday named after him i knew all along about Freedom and America. I knew that freedom had to be earned and once received defended, 'FREEDOM IS NOT FREE'.

The people who asks for everything free and never worked to earn anything have shaved down and dumbed down certain people in our Nation. There was no need to have a Holiday awarded for someone who walked across a bridge and proclaims in a speech saying that he (I HAD A DREAM )and the tag along reap the benefits of a dead man and continue to do so until this day.

If Doctor King had to have a dream to in order to know that he "Believes in the United States of America as a Government of the people,by the people, for the people, whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed;a democracy in a Republic;a sovereign Nation of many sovereign States;a perfect Union, one and inseparable;established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice, and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.

If Doctor king did not know the aforementioned and that it was his duty to his country to love it;to support its Constitution;to obey its laws; and to respect its flag and to defend it against all enemies then the Black People and the United States of America have been tricked , scammed, shamed into having a Holiday named after a man named King just because this man had a dame dream.

I did not have a dream to know all of  this. BY DON CARTER

THE VFW AND AMERICAN LEGION AND AMERICA CAN DO BETTER.! - BY DON CARTER

The VFW and the American Legion and the American people can do better than they are doing.

!'Source/American Community Survey.' There are 21.9 million veterans in America. 1.5 million female, 2.3 million black , 9 million 65 years and older ,1.1 million Hispanic,258 thousand Asian,153 American Indian, 30 thousand Alaskan,30 thousand Hawaiian and Pacific,17.7 million white,7.6 million Vietnam,Gulf, World War 2, Korea and peace time ERA, 47 thousand Vietnam and Gulf ERA,78 thousand served World War 2 and Korea ERA,741 thousand served Gulf ERA, 320 thousand served Korea and Vietnam ERA, 156 thousand served World war 2 and Korea.

The VFW and the American Legion have failed to properly represent American Veterans and the principles of what our nation stands for. To take in dues, issue membership cards, have an annual banquet honoring the board of directors is not enough. It is shameful for what the VFW and the American Legion "Have Not" done for the Veterans and for America.

The VFW and the American Legion have been silent on the direction of our Republic and the Socialist direction which President Obama and the Democrat Party and the total Obama Administration is taking it. The "ROLLING THUNDER ORGANIZATION" Travels to Washington DC each year on their Motor Caravan to keep 'MIA' an important matter for all America." The VFW and the American Legion does absolutely nothing.

It is important to understand that there are 21.9 Million American Veterans 'WORRIORS' that are ready and able to stop this madness in America from the "News Media and Obama Socialism" and just plain bad Government. The VFW and the American Legion should consider this: Join together with the 21.9 Million Veterans and march annually on Washington to demand that our Government be strictly Government by the Constitution, and that all Laws be enforce by the same and that our Republic always be prepared by "PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH."
If a small organization like 'Rollng Thunder' can keep the
'Missing in action and POW/Prisoner of Wars issue front and center"
The 21.9 Million Veterans with the VFW and the American Legion assit could  put back the greatness of America as a Nation under God for all the people of the United states of America.(I call for a march on Washington DC annually on George Washington Birthday effective on his 280th Birthday February 22,2012.)*Although the VFW and the American Legion does good, it is not enough*.BY DON CARTER
