A CONTRACT WITH ALL PRESIDENTS.! BY DON CARTER

We Americans have been abused by every President especially by Obama. The Presidential Oath of Office have powerful meaningful words which every President must take. However in the past 19 years not one President especially Obama has ever lived up to the Presidential Oath of Office which they took. It Seems like they just said the words while the Chief Justice of the Supreme Courts gave  those most powerful meaningful words to the incoming President.

We must consider Legal Lessons; Demand a well defined contract that must be signed immediately after the Oath of Office is taken. The contract must be  the foundation for good business and for the good of the American people.

Legal pitfalls are potentially lurking for unsuspecting citizens. Similarly, transparent documentation is very important. A Contract must include the goals and wishes of the people , each must be defined. There needs to be a Breach of Contract clause, which states that (HE) (SHE) (THE PRESIDENT) can be removed immediately for "Breach of Contract" (and or) "Oath of Office" (and or)"Ddereliction of Duty" (and or) "Not governing 100% by the U.S. Constitution."

We citizens my inspect what we expect from  our President. We must have it in writing. No more, no longer will we people of The United States of America have to wait until another election to rid our selves and our Republic of a bad President, a socialist President. Never again.

The current Oath of Office and document's agreements singed by each new President is a joke. Not enforceable, The 2 Houses of Congress, the House of Representatives and the Senate and more importantly the people of America are  the people to blame for this mess America that our beloved Country finds its self in today.
