How to fix U.S. foreign spending of our Federal Government:!
By a lottery, each six months select 1 American Citizen from each state who makes less than $30,000 per year to sit on a voluntary "BOARD OF EXPENDITURES" in Washington DC to review all foreign expenditures requests to foreign countries, other wise no U.S.money can be spent on foreign countries by the President or any U.S.Government Department or U.S, Congress.
After the Board Of Expenditures reviews,changes modifies or turns down such requests for expenditure's to the subject foreign country in question.Expenditures approved by the board and amount authorized are sent to the Congress for a majority vote who may not change amounts or any requirements made by the board. Period.
Each person selected to the 6 months board term will be reimbursed lost wages plus 25% of the annual income which may not exceed $30,000.00 and will provided room and board at Fort Belvoir Virgina and all transportation which is required to complete the duty. No citizen can serve more than one 6 month term.Must be a United states Born Citizen and not Naturalized.
If i were on that board not one country would receive 1 penny form the United States of America. BY DON CARTER
